Yes, we do! After multiple free revisions, if you’re not completely satisfied with our service or your design then we’re happy to provide you with a refund on your order.

It’s really simple actually.

1. As soon as you order your design, you’ll be taken to a page to fill out a design brief. This design brief gives you the opportunity to provide us with all the essential details, assets and text to make your design the best it can be.
2. Once you’ve submitted the design brief, a human (not a frog) from our team will be in touch to provide an ETA for your initial design concepts.
3. When your initial concepts are ready we’ll send them over to you for review. At this stage you can request as many revisions as you like or if you’re 100% happy you can give us the approval to send the final design.
4. Once you’ve given the approval we’ll finalise your design and hand it over to you ASAP so you can start rocking your brand spankin’ new design.

We can design almost any type of graphic, however we do limit our services to simple graphic design tasks and do not provide support for custom illustration, infographic design, website design or coding, 3D modelling, animation or motion graphics.

Yes, we can! On the checkout page, simply select the ‘Expedited Service’ add-on and we’ll bump your design project to the front of our workload queue so you can get your design faster than a frog on a highway.

Original source files may be purchased for an additional fee during the checkout process. If you order these files we’ll label, organise, group and clean up your design files so they’re a breeze to edit.
